Public Offer

1. General provisions

The offer is addressed to any legally capable individual using the Service (the “User”). The services are provided by the Service operator whose details are given in Section 8 (the “Operator”).

Acceptance of the offer is the payment for a selected coin package. From the moment of acceptance, the contract between the User and the Operator is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the offer

The Operator provides the User with paid access to the digital content of the Service — interactive visual novels — as well as to content creation features powered by generation technologies.

The internal settlement unit of the Service is the “coin” — an internal conventional unit granting the right to receive Service features: unlocking paid story branches and running generations (images, music, voice, text, translations).

3. Coins and payment procedure

Coins are purchased in packages. The composition and prices of packages are published in “Settings → Coins” and may be changed by the Operator; changes do not affect packages already paid for.

Payments are made in Russian rubles via the YooKassa payment provider. In accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ, a fiscal receipt is sent to the email address provided by the User at registration.

Coins are credited to the User's balance after the payment provider confirms a successful payment.

4. Use of coins

Coins are used exclusively within the Service and are debited when unlocking paid novel branches and running generations at the current rates displayed in the interface before the operation is confirmed.

Coins are not money, electronic money, securities, or any other property outside the Service; they bear no interest and cannot be exchanged for money, except in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation and Section 5 of this offer.

5. Refunds

Before any coins from a paid package have been used, the User may cancel the service and request a refund by sending a request to the support address specified in Section 8. The refund is made using the same payment method within 10 business days.

If coins from a package have been partially used, a refund is possible in proportion to the unused remainder of the package. Coins debited for services actually rendered (completed generations, unlocked branches) are non-refundable.

In case of technical failures where the service was not rendered (for example, a generation ended with an error), the debited coins are returned to the balance automatically.

6. Liability and limitations

The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator takes reasonable measures to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for interruptions caused by technical reasons or force majeure.

The Operator is not liable for the inability to provide services for reasons attributable to the User or third parties (including the payment provider and telecom operators).

7. Term and amendments

The offer is effective from the moment it is published at /offer until withdrawn by the Operator. The Operator may amend the offer; the new revision takes effect upon publication and applies to payments made after its publication.

Continued use of the paid features of the Service after a new revision is published constitutes the User's consent to its terms.
